As an Inside Sales Representative at Xira Infotech, you will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our digital marketing services to businesses across various sectors. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities as Inside Sales Representative:
- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in Xira Infotech’s digital marketing services.
- Client Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach campaigns via phone calls to businesses of all categories, effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Xira Infotech’s digital marketing offerings, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and website development.
- Qualification of Leads: Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and readiness to engage in digital marketing services.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects, understand their business needs, and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover of information and expectations.
- Follow-up: Follow up with leads through email or phone to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding the effectiveness of messaging, lead quality, and market trends.
Inside Sales Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
